This 7,500 square foot villa also located in the Millennium Estates gated community is a contemporary lifestyle haven. The client, a young couple with 3 children, envisioned a living environment that was formal yet relaxed.

The overhaul of the staircase, which is in the center of the home, was treated as a main architectural element and illustrates a new level of refinement in minimalist spatial resolution. The kitchen was also completely overhauled, enlarged and refined, to fit the requirements of the family.
