Located on Jumeirah Beach Road, Nourish is more than just a restaurant, it’s a lifestyle movement, speciality coffee and juice bar.The vision for Nourish is to be the best holistic ‘clean eating concept’ restaurant in Dubai. To achieve this, we implemented an open kitchen concept to highlight transparency and education.

In addition, we decided to extend the customer experience from the restaurant to their home by designing a market in the center of the space where they can purchase ingredients and fresh produce from the chef’s recipes.
